Top-drive welding robot workstation
This workstation uses two robots and two wire welders, equipped with an adjustable roller frame. The inter-group spacing is adjustable to accommodate different lengths of workpieces. Self-adjusting rollers adapt to cast iron pipes with diameters ranging from 800mm to 2400mm. Support wheels are included to prevent workpiece shifting during welding.
