Longmen-type submerged arc welding machine
This machine is mainly used in the production of box beams, welding the inner partitions and the inner welds of the upper and lower flanges. In order to make the inner partition and the upper and lower flanges of the box beam weld more tightly, a gap is reserved between the partition and the flange during the assembly of the partition for vertical electroslag welding. The box beam after tack welding is transported to the gantry vertical electroslag welding machine frame via a roller track, and the vertical electroslag welding machine hanging on the gantry frame performs vertical electroslag welding at the reserved holes of the workpiece. The gantry frame can move arbitrarily in the length direction of the workpiece.
