Double Arc Double Wire Type Submerged Arc Welding Machine
The machine features a gantry-style main structure with dual-side drive. It has variable frequency stepless speed regulation: the weld seam tracking uses a mechanical guide wheel; both left and right operations are controlled pneumatically; to improve the welding efficiency of large weld feet, it employs dual-arc dual-wire welding, with a separate wire feeding head and arc guiding mechanism to protect the flux, preventing excessive scattering of the flux; workpieces can be placed using a fixed frame or a conveyor roller track to facilitate integration with other machines in a production line.
