This machine is mainly used for gas shielded backing welding of assembled box beams. After the box beam is assembled, it is sent to the backing welding position via a roller conveyor, ensuring that the weld seam is in a horizontal position. By adjusting the position of the welding arm and welding gun through the up, down, left, right, and forward, backward movements of the trolley and welding arm, the gas shielded welding gun nozzle is aligned with the weld seam. The welding power source and trolley movement are started simultaneously, allowing for automatic backing welding of the box beam groove weld. The welding arm is equipped with a pneumatic elastic mechanical seam tracking mechanism to ensure the welding gun is aligned with the seam. The machine has a compact structure, is easy to operate, and moves smoothly.
