Fiber laser cutting machine typesetting should pay attention to what?
Before using the fiber laser cutting machine, we import the prepared drawings into the program, and then use the typesetting software to arrange the graphics on the board so that the fiber laser cutting machine can process the products in batches. Although the typesetting process is very short, but which hides a lot of knowledge. If the typography is wrong, it will have a great impact on the cutting effect of the whole board. So these are the six main considerations for typography.
1. Corner Melt
When cutting the corners of the thin steel plate slowly, the fiber laser cutting machine will melt the corners due to overheating. A smaller radius is produced at the corner to maintain high-speed laser cutting and avoid overheating and melting of the steel plate when cutting the corner, thereby obtaining good cutting quality, reducing cutting time, and increasing productivity.
2. Edge cutting
Combine two or more parts into one combination and try to combine regular patterns in large numbers. Common edge cutting can greatly reduce cutting time and save raw materials.
3. Residual material treatment
After the fiber laser cutting machine cuts the parts, it is necessary to remove the skeleton-like residual material on the worktable of the laser cutting equipment as soon as possible to facilitate subsequent cutting operations. For laser cutting equipment without an automatic discharge device, the skeleton-like residual material can be cut into small pieces for quick removal. Therefore, the operator can avoid personal injury caused by handling heavy and sharp surplus materials.
4. Parts spacing
Generally, when cutting thick plates and hot plates, the spacing between parts should be large, because the thermal influence of the hot plate of the thick plate has a great influence. When cutting corners and small graphics, it is easy to burn the edges and affect the cutting quality.
5. Leader Setting
In the process of cutting thicker plates, in order to make the cutting seam well connected and prevent burns at the beginning and end, transition lines are usually introduced at the beginning and end of the cutting, called lead and tail respectively. The leads and tails are on the workpiece itself. It is useless, so it should be arranged outside the scope of the workpiece, and be careful not to place the leads in places that are not easy to dissipate heat, such as sharp corners. Connect the arc to the wires and slits as much as possible to make the machine move smoothly and avoid burns due to corner stops.
6. Part collision
In order to maximize production efficiency, many fiber laser cutting machines run continuously for 24 hours and use an unattended automatic loading/unloading device, which will collide with the overturned parts after cutting, thereby damaging the cutting head and interrupting production. Great loss.
