This workstation is equipped with two robots and two wire-fed welding machines, paired with an adjustable roller stand that allows for adjustable workpiece spacing to accommodate workpieces of varying lengths. The self-adjusting rollers can handle cast pipes with diameters ranging from 800 mm to 2,400 mm, and are further complemented by support rollers to prevent workpiece movement during welding.
