Product Description
| The system primarily consists of a cantilever-type industrial robot, a laser scanning and tracking system, robotic motion axes, a gun-cleaning and wire-cutting unit, a welding power source, conveyor idlers, and a control system. The box-panel is lifted and conveyed to the conveyor rollers; upon activation, the system automatically feeds the panel onto the idlers in the robot’s welding workcell, where the workpiece is automatically positioned and clamped. The cantilever traveling mechanism then drives the robot to perform mobile operations, including automated laser weld-seam scanning and welding. Two robots—one on the left and one on the right—alternately carry out automated welding, covering the entire welding area. Once welding is complete, the system issues a command to raise the elevating idlers, which then convey the finished panel while simultaneously bringing in another panel, repeating the cycle continuously. |
