| The H-shaped steel light steel intelligent production line is a new generation of light steel production equipment developed by our company. It consists of two combined welding and straightening machines paired with automatic feeding machines, automatic assembly machines, steel flipping machines, and steel moving machines to form an H-shaped steel production line, with a higher degree of automation, less manual intervention, and a significant reduction in the use of overhead cranes through roller conveyor transport, greatly improving safety. Using a dual-wire submerged arc welding process, the welding speed can reach1500mm/min, which is more than 1.5 times higher than traditional welding, with lower heat input. It replaces traditional assembly gantry welding and straightening machines with combined welding and straightening machines, saving space and reducing costs, and eliminating the need for manual spot welding, directly using submerged arc welding, which reduces labor intensity and the number of workers needed to just2 people, achieving automated production through advanced frequency conversion technology and the application of sensors. |
