This production line is a horizontal production line for making welded H-beams. Specifically, it is a complete set of equipment that welds three plates into H-beams through processes such as roller conveyor transport, assembly, front-end welding, 180° flipping, and rear-end welding. Compared to ordinary vertical welding production lines for H-beams (which first assemble into T-beams and then into H-beams), this line features high production efficiency and minimal welding deformation, making it particularly suitable for the welding production of lightweight H-beams, and is widely used in industries such as steel structures and construction. |
