The dedicated automatic machining center primarily consists of a base, a slide table, a cutting-spindle mounting bracket, an extension-unit mounting bracket, a cutting-spindle extension mechanism, a cutting power head, a traversing drive, and a tool turret. The cutting-spindle mounting bracket and the extension-unit mounting bracket are fixed to the slide table and are driven laterally by the traversing drive, enabling the cutting tool turret to be adjusted according to the workpiece’s position. Meanwhile, the cutting-spindle mounting bracket can be longitudinally adjusted via the extension mechanism, accommodating workpieces of varying diameters within a specified range.
