Jordan Double-Arc, Double-Wire Gantry Submerged Arc Welding Machine
This machine features a gantry-type main structure with dual-side drive. It employs variable-frequency stepless speed control, and weld seam tracking is achieved via mechanical guide rollers. Both left- and right-hand operations are pneumatically controlled. To enhance welding efficiency for large weld toes, it utilizes dual-arc, dual-wire welding, with the wire feed head and arc-guiding mechanism separated by a flux-shielding device to prevent excessive flux spillage. Workpieces can be positioned either on a fixed fixture or on a conveyor roller table, enabling integration with other equipment to form a production line.
